Wyoming State Vet Lab Renovations

When the ceiling in the addition of the University of Wyoming’s current vet lab facility imploded, Sampson Construction was hired to demolish the interior of the addition and re-install new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. The project consisted of new interior walls with drywall and hard lid ceilings, a new roof-top air handling unit and resinous wall and floor finishes. In addition to upgrading existing equipment, our team fixed several existing construction discrepancies, installed new lab equipment and two new sterilizers and relocated an existing unit.  All construction took place while the building was occupied.

Our collaborative effort with Sampson Construction on the renovation and enhancement of the BSL-3 high containment laboratory at Wyoming State Verterinary Laboratory (WSVL) was an exemplary demonstration of their attention to detail, commitment to specifications, and adherence to construction requirements. The project aimed to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the laboratory to support critical bioresearch for the region.
