UNMC Dental College Renovation

In September of 2010, the newly renovated University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry building was open to the public. The 43-year-old building on the East Campus of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus received a face-lift to its entry, lobby, student laboratories and radiology areas. The majority of the renovation work focused on the clinical areas, which is where students who are practicing in the field of dentistry spend most of their time. 

In addition, improvements were made to plumbing, electrical and air handling. A new elevator improved access for people with disabilities. The following scope of work included architectural systems, mechanical systems, building envelope systems, lighting, water, sewage and safety systems.
