Sampson Corporate Office

Nearly 20 years ago, our team completed a 54,000 SF office building for Fiserv (formerly ITI) in Lincoln, Nebraska. Now, that building serves as our very own headquarters. The building offers employees a modern and inviting environment to collaborate in.

After an extensive renovation, the entire building was updated with finishes such as flooring, paint, acoustical tile, wall coverings and tile. A few areas were reconfigured on the first floor for locker rooms, a mother’s room and breakroom. Sampson Construction occupies the first and third floor and Endacott, Peetz and Timmer resides on second floor.
