Country Club of Lincoln

Since 1903, the Country Club of Lincoln has been a part of the Lincoln community.

Upgrades and renovations began late 2014, taking place over winter and into spring to the existing bar and dining spaces, along with a 590 SF addition to the fitness center, and a 563 SF addition to the waitress and waiter station. A full-service exterior bar and patio space was also constructed. The project was completed in multiple phases, all while the facility was being utilized. Several structural and mechanical issues were revealed on the 100+ year old building. Sampson Construction worked with the Architect, Owner and subcontractors to develop solutions while maintaining the schedule. Unique features for the project included custom walnut millwork and exterior doors, decorative column covers and cedar shingles to match the existing building, gas fire pits at the patio and high-end light fixtures tied into a control system
