This precast and steel framed structure is a 138,700 SF Class A office building, with five stories, and a climate controlled 14,450 SF underground parking garage. The interior includes office, meeting, and open workspace for the Union Bank & Trust and Nelnet employees. The entire structure features raised access flooring with modular walls for tenant flexibility and state-of-the-art technology. The exterior is wrapped in 50,000 SF of unitized curtain glass wall system, perforated stainless steel panels, and 16,000 SF of black granite facade on the first three floors.
