Farm Credit Services of America West Building, Skywalk & South Building Addition

Sampson Construction is proud to have completed multiple projects for Farm Credit Services of America. The West building, skywalk and south building addition to the Omaha, Nebraska campus was more than 200,000 SF. Components of the project included the following items: concrete foundations, cast in place post-tensioned structure systems, metal stud load bearing and non-load bearing walls, concrete and brick masonry construction, structural steel beams, columns and joists, metal fabrications, gypsum drywall, carpet, painting, ceramic tile, resilient base, lay-in acoustical tile ceilings, solid core wood doors, hollow metal doors, frames and borrow lites, aluminum storefronts and curtain wall, millwork and other miscellaneous construction.
