Sampson Office - Papillion, NE

The Sampson office of our Omaha division has relocated to a new 16,000 SF office in Papillion, Nebraska.  Features of this project include 13 offices, 3 conference rooms, multiple collaboration and training spaces and a garage door that opens to a large deck on the backside of the building. The new office has high ceilings with clerestory windows, interior brick, large interior glass windows and exposed steel. The basement will be left unfinished for future expansion.
