Triage Staffing Renovation

The Triage Staffing project in Omaha, Nebraska, involved an extensive 80,673 square foot renovation, which included a complete gut and remodel of floors 1, 2, 3, and 5, while the 4th floor remained untouched. The second level floor above the lobby was removed to create an open and welcoming first floor, featuring a floor-to-second-level deck wood feature wall with a giant video board, a large live plant wall, and a striking wood feature staircase connecting the lobby to the second floor. The second floor boasts a full coffee bar with community seating areas. Throughout the building, glass office and conference room fronts with sliding glass doors, high-end lighting, and full kitchenettes with quartz waterfall countertops and tiled backsplashes were installed. The fifth floor includes a full bar and game room with custom concrete countertops, gold ceilings, and accent lighting. Additionally, the building houses a full gym, yoga studio, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and a large café on the first floor with oversized quartz countertops and islands with waterfall edges. This renovation has transformed the building into a modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing space, equipped with numerous amenities to enhance the work environment.
