Seward Elementary School

Sampson Construction initially completed the Seward Elementary School in the 1980s and returned in the fall of 2013 for renovations and an addition.

The 2013 project consisted of a 3,000 SF kitchen, dining and a multipurpose room addition on the north side; a 3,900 SF addition on the east side comprised of four classrooms and a special education restroom; and a 2,800 SF addition on the south side which houses two classrooms. Construction took place while the building was occupied, including updates to the fire alarm panel and old mechanical equipment.
