SCC Lincoln Residence Hall

Southeast Community College is implementing its first ever option for on-campus student housing in Lincoln, Nebraska. The 89,000 SF residence hall will allow for 250 students to garner a sense of community and connectedness. This $25 million project will consist of single, double, and quad room configurations with a variety of costs and privacy options to fit students needs. The resident hall will feature diverse study and collaboration spaces, a communal kitchen, game room, convenience store, and a workout area. Social spaces will connect the wings on each floor and will provide students with a place to gather and relax. The first residence hall on Southeast Community College’s Lincoln Campus will be available for student move-in at the start of the January 2024 semester.
