Ginger Grill

The Lincoln community has a new restaurant on the Southeast side of town.

The single story restaurant is situated on 1.25 acres. The building is constructed of CMU block, steel framing, with EFIS and face stone on the exterior. The restaurant is 7,400 SF and has a Mongolian style grill in the kitchen and will feature a buffet, sushi bar and a lounge bar. The restaurant seats 298 and has tables in the dining room that is divided by decorative glass, allowing for privacy. As part of the project, Sampson Construction shifted and paved the front road to accommodate the additional traffic and parking
