York General Hospital Clinic & Lab Building

As part of a long partnership with Sampson Construction, York General Hospital welcomed three new tenant spaces, including a full laboratory, an outpatient clinic, and a third space reserved for future tenancy, totaling nearly 8,000 SF. The single-story addition has a wood frame, with EPDM roofing and a brick and stone façade, including hand-assembled irregular stone finish. Though this is a new addition, it ties into the existing hospital’s utilities and other amenities, and was built without interrupting any services provided by the hospital. This project was one phase of an ongoing renovation and expansion at York General Hospital.
