McCook 2020 Additions and Renovations

The McCook Community Hospital has received multiple additions and renovations to address and enhance health needs in its surrounding area. The projects are split into two and include additional square footage for incoming specialists and to improve patient and staff flow. 

Project #1 encompasses a variety of changes. A larger gym and walking track was installed in the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department as well as the expansion of the department for additional equipment and safety issues. The hospital kitchen has been reconfigured for more efficient operation. Patient entrances and parking have been moved to the south side of the hospital and the Medical Specialists Center entrance are now in the back. A small expansion was added to the pharmacy to address upcoming regulation changes. 

The second project that followed the completion of Project #1 includes the Emergency Room and Injection Infusion expansions.
