McCook Municipal Facility

The McCook Municipal Facility, located in McCook, Nebraska, contains the City Council Administration, City Offices, Police Department and Fire Department within its space. The newly designed facility was constructed on city property northeast of the current City Auditorium/City Offices. The property is bound by C and D Streets and 4th and 5th Streets. 

The addition totals over 36,700 SF and includes a first floor and a 940 SF mezzanine. The first floor consists of the 8,000 SF police Station, 5,275 SF dedicated to City Offices, and a 1,600 SF main entrance lobby. The second level houses a lobby/common training rooms and the fire station, which includes living quarters, offices and apparatus bays totaling 16,000 SF.
