LivRed Luxury Student Housing

LivRed Lincoln is a new luxury student housing project in the heart of downtown Lincoln, Nebraska near academic and entertainment areas on campus. The 7-story, 257,000 SF housing project was completed in late 2022 and includes a 2-story parking garage with 142 parking stalls. LivRed has 154 units and 595 beds geared towards young professionals and students with diverse resident amenities such as a dog yard, heated pool and hot tub, yoga and fitness rooms, grills and a fire pit, a spa with massage and tanning rooms as well as a sauna. Student and academic focused features include study and community rooms on each floor, an “Uber” lounge, and a package delivery room.
