Farnam Tech Center Parking Garage

The Farnam Tech Center Parking Facility holds over 1,000 cars and is conveniently located adjacent to two office buildings in the Old Mill Plaza area.

This 125,000 SF precast parking garage is located between two existing buildings, which limited onsite staging and heightened the complexity of the project. The parking garage includes storage and bathrooms areas. Other scope items included: landscaping, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, metal fabrications, waterproofing, elastomeric membrane roofing, elevators and mechanical.
