Courtyard Lincoln Downtown / Haymarket

The Marriott Courtyard Hotel is a six floor, 110,000 SF combined hotel and retail space in the heart of Lincoln’s historic Haymarket area. The hotel space consists of a lobby with a “bar” area and a commercial kitchen space with a dining area. There are 155 guest rooms; a guest swimming pool and exercise room are located in the basement space; it also has an unfinished retail space with the ability to be used as a restaurant, this space has a separate entrance from the hotel. The exterior of the building is a combination of brick, CMU block, three types of metal paneling, fiber cement board siding and stone slate cladding, giving the hotel a modern look while blending into the Historic Haymarket.
