Fallbrook Assisted Living and Memory Care

Fallbrook Multi-Housing Development exemplifies the focus on building community and is one component of a large scheme in the Fallbrook mixed-use neighborhood, which brings a mix of residential and commercial buildings through restaurants, shops, offices, and school and recreation into one area. Within this development, Fallbrook Assisted Living and Memory Care received a new 80,000 SF facility. Located on five acres, it houses a total of 71 units; 17 for memory care and 54 traditional. The mechanical system for the units is a combination of residential split systems and vertical heat pumps and the kitchen is serviced by kitchen hoods, roof top and make-up air units.
