SCC Milford - Residence Hall

Sampson Construction is excited to partner with Southeast Community College (SCC) on the construction of two new residence halls. In an effort to accommodate a growing student body, both the SCC Beatrice and SCC Milford campuses will soon have a new three-story residence hall. The 54,300 SF halls will be suite-style and house nearly 146 students. Dorm rooms designed for two or four students will contain a sleeping and study space, a shared bathroom and a lounge area. The buildings are designed as wood frame structures with a cast-in-place concrete foundation system.
