F.E. Warren Army Aviation Support Facility

The Wyoming Army National Guard Army Aviation Support Facility was completed in 2010 and is roughly 100,000 SF and provides hanger space for 9 Army Blackhawk Medevac helicopters.

This helicopter unit is the most deployed in the region and houses the helicopter support and flight operations shops, training and classroom spaces, and administration offices. Other unique aspects include 300,000-gallon water storage tanks, a heavy timber entry, explosion proof hazard and battery storage rooms and a HEF (foam) fire suppression system. Site work included a two- and half-mile access road and new utility infrastructure.
