Crete Carrier

Sampson Construction completed the Crete Carrier Corporate Headquarters project in three phases.This building is a two-story addition to an existing office building that includes a basement, loading docks, kitchen and cafeteria. Tilt up precast panels were utilized to match the existing structure. The design incorporates several energy conservation/efficiency methods and a DDC automation system. An emergency generator will supply power during any interruption to the main power supply.
