Baldwin Filters Addition

Our team has completed multiple projects on the Baldwin Filters campus in Yankton, South Dakota. The largest addition was completed in October 2012 and is being utilized for filter component manufacturing. This new addition to the facility is a pre-engineered metal building that has a maximum height of 21’ 3” and a span of mainframes that are 30’ and 50’ on-center. The filter component manufacturing facility included a recessed concrete pit for a filter can press as well as electrical and storage rooms.

Our team completed the building and exterior concrete paving while the owner continued to use the existing facility. The 3,000 SF addition consisted of an office area, copy and server rooms, restrooms and a large break room for the plant staff. The project also included 3,200 SF renovation of the offices. Finishes included paint colors, acoustical suspended ceilings, carpet tile and white maple doors.
