Black Hills Corporation (Papillion)

Our team completed a 13,130 SF new office and maintenance building for Black Hills Corporation in Papillion, Nebraska.

The project consisted of a one-level premanufactured metal building that houses offices and automotive bays for vehicle maintenance. The project also features a rock laydown yard for storage of equipment and vehicles. There is 5,100 SF of office space and four vehicle service bays.
