Thrasher Headquarters

Serving four states in the Midwest (Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Missouri), Thrasher Commercial, who provides structural support solutions for new and existing foundations, has a new facility for its headquarters. 

Work on the warehouse started in December 2016 and opened in October 2017. The 140,000 SF warehouse facility is composed of exterior insulated precast panels and 12” thick concrete floors. Radiant heat throughout the space allows for fresh air intake and a CO2 monitoring system. The warehouse also has more than 20 electrically-operated overhead doors with multiple loading docks.

A 70,000 SF two-story office complex is attached to the south side of the new 140,000 SF warehouse. The office, which opened June of 2018, consists of a mix of metal panels, glazing, insulated precast and architectural precast exterior. Interior features include a two-story lobby with a monumental staircase, polished concrete floors, wood and steel decorative panels, fitness center for employees, a training center, a café, a small kitchen, conference rooms and office spaces.
