Clark Jeary Memory Unit Addition

Clark Jeary Retirement Community, located in south Lincoln, expanded their living area to include a memory unit. The memory care wing includes 16 units with room for as many as 32 residents. The 13,000 SF, wood-framed, addition is comprised of individual apartments with three different floor plans. Included is a spacious dining room, a large open lounge, a private family room and an outdoor courtyard with a walking path.

The addition is a seamless transition from the existing facility consisting of the same building materials. Special care was taken to avoid disruption of the residents and operation of the facility as it remained occupied during construction. In addition to maintaining dust control separation at all times, our team provided clear communication of the daily activities to the facility’s staff during weekly meetings.
