University of Nebraska - Lincoln Husker Courtyards

The Husker Courtyards are designed for single, upper-class, graduate students or traditional freshman. This “apartment style,” on-campus, housing option has been well received by students. Consistently, there are more student applications than beds available since the facility opened.

This student housing project was a design/build contract. After construction began, our team initiated a structural option to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln that would allow for a fifth floor and an addition of 78 beds. Two weeks later, the drawings were fully revised and the quick response time allowed the project to continue on schedule.
