University of Nebraska - Lincoln University and Eastside Suites

The University and Eastside Suites is an expansion of the original Robert E. Knoll Hall project. This new complex adds 1,034 beds and provides students with the convenience of being on-campus all while feeling the modern comfort of a home.

Some of the unique scopes of this overall project include a connecting link between the two residential towers and to the original phase one residential center; a commons areas for collaborating and networking designed with student learning in mind; a game room; multiple lounges; a laundry room on each floor; and a convenience store and continental breakfast space shared by the halls.
