Belle Ryan Elementary School

Belle Ryan is a 77,000 SF elementary school designed for a capacity of 600 pre-kindergarten to 5th grade students. The three level structure consists of a lower level, housing a gymnasium, mechanical rooms, cafeteria, kitchen and art rooms. Administration, the Media Center, Pre-K, Kindergarten, Special Ed and 1st Grade are all located on the main level, and grades 2 through 5 are on the upper level.

This project was unique as it was a very small sight with very large grade changes from west to east, which presented workability issues from a SWPPP and erosion control standpoint. Additionally, half of the old building had to be demolished before new construction could start.
