14th & Avery Parking Garage

Our team completed a new parking garage for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2004 to accommodate additional parking. Located at 14th and Avery, this precast concrete brick veneered spandreled parking garage has three bays and five levels and contains enough parking stalls for 841 vehicles. The parking garage is highlighted by a glass-enclosed elevator and staircase.
