Resurrection Church Addition & Renovation

Resurrection Church in Grand Island, Nebraska has kicked off a new era with its new worship center. With the increase of housing in the area, the church realized the need to expand to better serve the Catholics in the area. The worship center was built on the west side of the existing building and the current worship space was re-purposed as a gathering area for parishioners. The church's capacity of 330 people is now more than doubled in the new space, seating 550 people with the ability to expand up to 700. A larger sacristy and choir space was also included in the project plan.

The expansion also provided the 43-year-old church with more office space and allows the building to accommodate small groups. The parking lot and drop-off area also received an expansion on the west side.
