Distribution, Inc., expanded its campus by adding a commercial warehouse to its distribution center.

Our team constructed the new 65,000 SF pre-engineered building in 2012. This facility was designed and built to meet pharmaceutical cleanliness and industry requirements. The building has 42’ high side walls and a dock/receiving area with eight dock doors. The flooring was constructed super-flat to hold the positions of the 10,000 pallets capacity. The building incorporated a fire pump for the fire sprinkler system which meets the Factory Mutual Insurance Company Global requirements.
