Allstate

The Allstate/Lincoln Benefit Life project is a fully landscaped 20 acre campus with parking and a walking trail. The two office buildings house open offices, a fitness center, training room, full kitchen/cafeteria with dining area and a loading dock. The buildings have raised access flooring throughout for data and cabling purposes. More than one million feet of communication wire was used throughout the buildings.

Although the project had an aggressive 20 month schedule, it was completed on time. Sampson Construction maintained its involvement during all stages and aspects of the design. High quality finishes were used on the inside and the features cut stone veneer.
