Hudl International Headquarters

Hudl’s new international headquarters features seven floors of tenant space of 168,650 SF. The brick building features metal panels over a steel structure. Hudl occupies floors four through seven (90,738 SF), while Nelnet occupies the second floor (24,934 SF.) The Hudl office includes a full kitchen and dining room, employee lockers and an extraordinary roof patio on the 7th foor overlooking downtown Lincoln.

A skywalk connects the fourth floor to a parking garage next door. The Hudl HQ features an open office environment designed with painted and glass marker boards, acoustic baffles on walls and ceilings, turf walls, reclaimed bleacher wood walls and a reclaimed gym floor on the walls as well as a reception desk. Most levels have exposed ceilings, while some areas utilize tectum panels for ceilings. A commons area, known as the ‘arena,’ connects the fourth and fifth floors through a bleacher system, which is outfitted with power to the risers to provide an additional workspace.

The arena has a gymnasium feel, with wood court flooring at the bottom of the risers surrounded by lockers for employee storage. The arena also contains a four tv jumbotron above the bleachers and a tv wall comprised of nine televisions. Meeting rooms have video conference capabilities as well as iPads secured outside of the rooms for scheduling purposes. Employees access the building through an electronic card reader.

On the second floor, Nelnet has an open office concept featuring painted marker board walls, a roof patio and meeting rooms with polished concrete.
