Vikan Middle School

Sampson Construction teamed up with RB+B for this Design-Build project located in Brighton, Colorado. The project included constructing a classroom addition to include up to eight classrooms, along with renovations to six classrooms and mechanical, electrical, technology and security upgrades to the existing facility. Construction of the addition consisted of structural steel framing with a brick veneer. Other site improvements included a parking lot reconfiguration/expansion to improve parking and student pick-up/drop-off zones.
