The city of Papillion held a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, November 30th for its new $48 million Community Center and Field House. Expected to be completed in October of 2018, Sampson Construction will build a 120,000 SF facility that includes an indoor water park, several pools, a gymnasium, jogging track and a lighted synthetic turf field for the community.
