An open house and dedication of the new Woods Tennis Center indoor facility of Lincoln, Nebraska took place on May 17. This new project will be a permanent structure that houses six indoor courts, locker rooms, office and storage areas and an elevated viewing deck. Members of the public toured the building and during the dedication, the two grown sons of local tennis legend Tom Tipton, who happened to be one of the early dreamers of the building, hit the first balls on one of the new courts.
