The downtown Block 38 Catalyst building in the downtown Lincoln Business District was dedicated to Roger Larson on July 23, 2012. The Larson Building includes 52 residential units on the top three floors called the Parkhaus suites. The Larson project is 10-stories in total and includes a green roof, 17,000 SF of first floor retail and six levels of parking stalls operated by the City of Lincoln. Sampson’s team completed the project in August 2012.
