Sampson Construction is proud to be part of the $45 million school bond which was approved by the Kearney voters in 2009, which will construct two new schools and provide additions/renovations to several others. Our team is currently working on the new construction of Buffalo Hills Elementary School, which is currently pacing ahead of schedule. We completed a 27,685 SF renovation and 3,086 SF addition for Park Elementary School last fall and will begin work on Emerson Elementary School in March 2012.
