On Monday, June 6, Sampson Construction attended the ground breaking for a nearly $15 million project. The Capacity Elementary project will result in a new K-5 school to house almost 400 students. Natrona County School District members, the Sampson Construction team members and other community members attended the ground breaking. This new building will be located in east Casper, Wyoming. The new building will replace an existing school and consist of 25 classrooms, a library, art, music and food service areas.
