Que Place Garage

The seven-story Que Place Parking Garage is situated over the Christleib Gallery in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska. This parking structure was built as an integral part of a half-block development downtown in May of 2000.

At 48,600 SF, this project has approximately 175 parking stalls and the entire complex complements the classic architectural style of the mid-rise towers that make up Lincoln’s skyline. Warm tone precast concrete and face brick were chosen for the garage’s finishes to match and blend with the area buildings such as the Lied Performing Arts Complex. An aluminum window frame grid work emulates the pattern and scale of windows that occur on adjacent buildings.
