Good Samaritan Society Villages

The Good Samaritan campus project included the construction of six buildings, walkways, and associated site development. Each facility serves its own purpose, from a therapy center to independent and assisted living facilities.
One element that each facility has in common is exterior wood frame structures, color lock siding, asphalt shingles, manufactured stones, carpet, ceramic tiles, and vinyl finishes. A key challenge of this project was the aggressive 14 month schedule and construction coordination between the six new buildings. The facilities on this campus include a 2,600 SF therapy center, two 14-unit skilled care facilities (approx. 8,300 SF each), 22-unit assisted living facility (approx. 19,400 SF), 37-unit two story independent living facility with elevator (approx.. 1,400 SF), and a 14,200 SF community center. Unique features include geothermal well systems, which can be found in five of the six buildings. Also, full-service kitchen and dining areas are located in the Community Center and Independent Living buildings.
