Glenrock Library

The Glenrock Library is a new facility approximately 14,000 SF with a main floor and basement. The library exterior is brick and precast stone, and has helical piers and concrete wall foundations The basement is currently a shell space for future expansion.

The main floor of the building features an elevator and is a flexible open space with demountable partitions to close off offices and meeting rooms if needed. A raised access floor with carpet tiles over top was selected to allow for future relocation of electrical or data cabling. The main floor features a glulam clearstory with translucent panels. A mechanical penthouse above the main level allows for more usable space for the public. The plaza between the old library and new library features stamped concrete as well as flower planters.
