Corporate Campus

Our team has watched the Fiserv (former ITI) campus grow throughout the last two decades. The last expansion occurred in 2009 with a 70,000 SF, 3-story office building.
Sampson Construction began working with Fiserv (formerly known as Information Technology, Inc.) in 1993. Our team finished their second building and renovations in the first building. In 1997, we negotiated a contract to complete their third building and in June 2009 completed building four. The newest building is 70,000 SF three story office building and has space for 300 employees. The brick and limestone clad structure has many distinct features, while still maintaining a resemblance to the other campus buildings. The main lobby has cherry wood and stainless steel wall and ceiling panels that rise up to the second floor atrium. The building's layout consist of open and individual office areas, conference rooms, computer labs, and break room area. A hydronic heat pump was incorporated to serve for future expansions. Parking for the entire campus had to be reconfigured to allow for the new building.
