On July 18, 2011, the 19th & Vine Parking Garage on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus achieved a LEED Silver Certification. Sampson Construction completed the 1,040 stall parking garage in August 2010. The (USGBC) U.S. Green Building Council approved the project for LEED Silver Certification. Some of the highlights of the project include pervious concrete, geothermal heating and cooling and activity sensored LED lighting system. Congratulations to the team!
