As of December 12, the last beam was put in place at the Council Bluffs Police Department Headquarters. Construction is considered on track and should be completed by November 2018. City officials, law enforcement members and Sampson Construction members attended the “Topping Off.” The police department gave people the opportunity to sign the final beam with messages of support and well wishes for the new headquarters.
