Sampson Renovation on Stuhr Building

Demolition is three quarters of the way through on the Stuhr Building in Grand Island, Nebraska. During demolition, the electrical system, HVAC system, and plumbing were all removed to bring the building up to code. The renovation will include adding double doors to each side of the building, leveling the theatre floor, modernizing the kitchen, relocating the help desk, enlarging the gift shop, removing a room on the second floor, expanding the restrooms, and replacing all windows.
