On Wednesday October 19, 2022, we joined Summit Capital Management and broke ground on the new Saddle Ridge Apartments. The new 156,000 SF complex will help the increasing demand for housing in the Cheyenne, Wyoming community. The complex will include 104 apartments across 4 buildings on 5 acres of land. We look forward to the completion at the end of 2023!
