The Nebraska State Capitol is undergoing a comprehensive five-phase renovation project. In the past six years, our team has restored over 297,000 SF of this historic landmark.
Renovations include HVAC and window restorations as well as core modernizations and safety enhancements to the Nebraska State Law Library, Court of Appeals, Supreme Court, East Chamber, Hearing Rooms and Offices, Legislative Wing, the Governor's area and the iconic Capitol Tower.
