On August 30, 2012, a “topping off” ceremony was held at the East Stadium Expansion project at Memorial Stadium. Sampson Construction is serving as the Construction Manager for the expansion project which will add approximately 6,000 more seats and expand the concourse and additional space for the UNL Research and Athletic Department. The project will be completed in time for the 2013 football season.
