On September 13, Bryan Health held its annual Tribute to Trauma Champions, presented by Union Bank and Trust and Sampson Construction. Each year, Bryan recognizes an individual who defied the odds in their recovery. This year’s Tribute to Trauma Champions event recognized survivor, Miles Margritz and the many dedicated professionals who were involved in saving him. Last year, just days before Christmas, his vehicle was struck by a car going 145 mph, leaving him with severe injuries, punctured organs, broken bones and torn ligaments. Sampson is proud to be a part of this event as it honors the heroic life-saving measures taken to save Miles.
